We meet at the tables by the splash pad area. If you cannot find metered parking around the park, there are a few spots in the Chez Jay parking lot (accessible through the alley off Olympic and there is a ticket machine). Dropping off / picking up by the fence in the alley is also an option. Worst case scenario you can park for free at the mall parking lot.
